How should I prepare for my waxing service?• Exfoliate the area with our recommended exfoliating masque 1 day before your appointment to help with smoother hair removal. • Avoid using topical prescriptions, active acids, or retinols on the treatment area for at least 5 days before and after your service. • Schedule laser hair removal treatments at least 2 weeks prior or follow professional recommendations. • If you’re taking Accutane or similar medications, avoid waxing services for 6–12 months. How do I prepare for my upcoming facial?• Avoid using active acids, retinol, or Vitamin A products for 3–5 days before and after your facial. • Refrain from facial waxing for at least 3 days before or after your treatment. • Botox treatments are fine 3 days before or after your facial. • Collagen fillers should be administered at least 2 weeks prior or as directed by your physician. • Avoid laser hair removal on the treated area for 2 weeks before or after your service. • If you are over 20 weeks pregnant, please provide a doctor’s consent confirming it is safe for you to lie on your back for 50–80 minutes. • Facials are not recommended if you have an active cold sore or open skin lesions, and we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Can I get waxed and have a facial in the same day?You should not book a facial treatment and a facial wax in the same area on the same day. It's recommended to wait 3-5 days before or after a wax.
